Greg's History in Real Estate since 1989:
Became Licensed Real Estate agent in March of 1989 and worked for ERA Hi-Desert until 1995 when he went to work for Suburban Realty and bought one of the partners out in 2002. In 2006 bought into Antelope Valley Mortgage.
Greg obtained his Brokers License in May 1999
Greg attended his First California Association of REALTORS® meetings in 1991 and still serves as a director today. In that time frame Greg has served as chair and vice-chair in numerous committees and task forces with-in the C.A.R. organization. He has also served as a NAR director and attends NAR meeting regularly.
In the last down turn in the market in 1991 – 1996 Greg served as a liaison with the City of Palmdale to help battle the distressed property with-in the city and worked with the banks and GSE’s to find solutions.
1995 Greg served as president of the Palmdale Board of REALTORS and was named Realtor of the year in 1997. He also helped with the merger of Palmdale and Antelope Valley AOR into the Greater Antelope Valley AOR Greg now serves as a director for GAVAR. In 2006 Greg was awarded the Community Service Award. In 2008 Greg Organized and executed four foreclosure prevention events in the Antelope Valley with over 1000 in attendance.
Served as member of the Transaction and Regulatory committee for California Association of REALTORS® on the Distressed Property Task Force for C.A.R. Director on Greater Antelope Valley Association of Realtors and C.A.R.
In this current market Greg works with investors to purchase homes that could not obtain financing. The homes are fixed up and placed on the market and most often sell with FHA or VA loans. Greg has also sold numerous homes through the short sale process.
Greg has been a member of the Palmdale West Kiwanis Club since 1984, Member of Grace Chapel Church. He is a Certified Master SCUBA diver Trainer, Notary, Avid boater and Air Chair rider.
